RETECSA – Strategic Alliance with SERMATEQ
In the pursuit of efficiency and quality, RETECSA, a national leader in the sale and installation of industrial equipment, forged a strategic alliance with SERMATEQ for a crucial project: the installation of an industrial laundry system at Escalante Pradilla Hospital, Pérez Zeledón.
Challenges Overcome for BtoB Strengthening:
The initial challenge was gaining the trust of RETECSA, a reference in the industry. Thanks to a trusted recommendation and on-site demonstration of our capability, professionalism, and commitment to quality, we successfully earned the trust of decision-makers.
Challenges in the Project:
Working in a hospital environment required meticulous coordination. From synchronization with medical and maintenance teams to ensuring safety and efficiency in installing two industrial gas dryers, every step was strategically planned.
Implemented Process:
The installation involved disconnecting old systems, verifying and adapting gas infrastructure, installing leak detectors and safety systems, along with creating new electrical circuits. Coordination with hospital staff was crucial to minimize impacts on daily operations.
Solutions Offered: For RETECSA, the alliance with SERMATEQ provided seamless functionality, local support, and agile response times. For the project, upgrading to gas dryers improved energy efficiency, working conditions, and hospital management, meeting committed timelines.
Results and Benefits:
The project concluded successfully in three days, without hospital interruptions. Benefits translated into improved working conditions, reduced operating costs, and increased efficiency, enhancing the experience for both workers and hospital management.
This RETECSA-SERMATEQ collaboration not only optimized operations at Escalante Pradilla Hospital but also marked a milestone in demonstrating how a BtoB alliance can overcome challenges and achieve exceptional results.
Partnering with SERMATEQ for Electromechanical Services
In the realm of high-end residential construction near the coast, EGSU, led by Emanuel González, stands out for its precision and attention to detail. Finding an electromechanical services provider that matched their exacting standards proved challenging until they discovered SERMATEQ.
Challenges Overcome in the Business Relationship:
EGSU sought an electromechanical services provider dedicated to quality and meticulousness. While establishing trust initially posed a challenge, SERMATEQ showcased commitment on a small project in 2019, laying the foundation for a robust working partnership.
Growth in Collaboration:
From that modest project, SERMATEQ became EGSU's primary electromechanical services provider. Collaborating closely on prominent projects like Casa Congo, Casa Koules, and gearing up for the ambitious Ylang Ylang project, we have proven to be a reliable partner elevating standards in every installation.
Advantages of the Partnership:
SERMATEQ's bilingual capabilities have been an asset for EGSU, demonstrating effectiveness and organization to their clients in complex projects. The relationship has not only enhanced installation quality but has also strengthened EGSU's ability to deliver exceptional service to its clients.
The EGSU-SERMATEQ partnership is a testament to how quality and mutual dedication can transform initial challenges into a fruitful and ongoing collaboration.
Security and Energy Efficiency: Ted Sturtz's Choice with SERMATEQ
Security and Energy Efficiency: Ted Sturtz's Choice with SERMATEQ
Client: Ted Sturtz's Smart Residence
Ted, a retired American in Costa Verde, Escaleras de Osa, sought a smart home that not only tackled technological challenges but also provided maximum security for his investment.
Challenges and Needs:
Stable Connection: Ensuring a stable connection, even during frequent power outages in a region often impacted by storms.
Maximum Investment Security: Ted sought solutions that ensured the longevity and safety of his investment in his retirement home. Energy
Efficiency: He looked for solutions to reduce electricity consumption and generate long-term savings.
Implemented Solutions:
Efficient Plumbing with PEX Piping:
Implementation of centralized piping with a manifold to supply all sectors without disconnecting others. Use of PEX pipes for efficient hot water transfer without joints, avoiding leakage problems. Encased PEX pipes for repairing faults without drilling into the building.
Safety of consumption:
As PEX piping is used, the risk of PVC toxicity is avoided, ensuring safety for human consumption.
Centralized and Secure Gas System:
Implementation of a centralized gas system distributed according to the highest safety standards. Use of encased copper piping to improve and standardize gas pressure and allow repairs without drilling into the building.
Electricity Generation with Battery Backup:
Installation of power-generating panels with battery backup to ensure a continuous power supply.
Efficient water heaters that reduce electricity consumption and save costs with minimal environmental impact.
Key Challenges Overcome:
In the process of working with Ted Sturtz for his new home in the heart of the Costa Rican tropics, our focus was on cultivating trust through transparency and professionalism. Aware of the unique conditions of the environment, we meticulously explained how each component of the SERMATEQ solution was designed and adapted to withstand and thrive in the tropical climate and seismic reality of Costa Rica. From the choice of materials to the implementation of technologies, we openly shared with Ted the details of our decisions, showing him the logic and expertise behind each step. This transparency not only provided Ted with a clear understanding of the proposed solution but also allowed him to visualize how his investment would be backed by the robustness and adaptability necessary in this specific environment. Our professional guidance went beyond technical installation; it was a journey of education and empowerment for Ted. We demonstrated not only what we were doing but why we were doing it, ensuring that every aspect of the solution aligned with his expectations and needs. This transparent approach not only built confidence in the proposed solution but also strengthened the long-term relationship with Ted, establishing a solid foundation of security and professionalism at every step of the way."
